Digital Press Operator (night shift)

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to join a litho & digital printing company with a reputation for both quality and service. It would appeal to an experienced individual looking to do a variety of tasks within a busy and long-established Company. This is a varied role and you will work closely with the Head of Digital to ensure all jobs and projects are despatched on time and meet SLA’s. You will be working to ensure 100% accuracy is always maintained.

We are looking for a hard-working individual who can offer flexibility and commitment. This highly motivated individual will need to display a professional approach to their work and have a genuine ‘can do’ attitude towards their responsibilities.

The ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize the workload to achieve maximum output would be critical.

Junior Client Service Exec / Print Estimator at ESP Colour

We are currently recruiting for a Junior CSE and Estimator. Within this role, you will be working in partnership with the Sales and Production teams to obtain, win and process orders.

You will provide quotations and effective resolution to customer queries in an efficient and courteous manner and interact with customers to provide information, guidance, and support on the full range of ESP’s services and print products.

No previous experienced is required as full training will be given within all areas of the Customer Services department. A knowledge of the print industry is desired.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for sales and customer service, to ensure that all of our customers receive the best possible service from the initial quote to product delivery.

We would also love the successful applicant to be proactive in their approach to customer service, by proposing ways to improve our customer experience based on feedback from our customers.
